Rummy’s pool was custom designed for dog swimming, has 15,000 gallons of water, is 50 ft. x 15 ft. with a 25 ft. beach entry that slopes down into a 4 ft. deep end. The pool is enclosed behind a 6 ft. chain link fence and has a 4 ft. textured, non-slippery, concrete, cantilever sundeck all around. There are no steps in the pool or pool area and you can park right next to the beach entry.

Depending on who you ask, in a pool, 1 dog = 10 - 70 people. To help keep Rummy’s pool clean we have a commercial sized pump, filters and plumbing to maximize water turnover. We add Sodium Tetraborate to the pool every 6 months to help prevent algae growth, keep the pool clean and soften the water so it feels good on skin.

A Caretaker Cleaning System in the bottom of the pool provides state-of-the-art, energy-efficient cleaning by circulating water, sanitizers, chemicals and heat evenly throughout each section of the pool in addition to keeping dirt and debris off of the bottom of the pool.

A UV Pool Sanitizing System uses the same technology as thousands of American and European cities use to sanitize drinking water; a technology endorsed by the Environmental Protection Agency and the World Health Organization. If you drink bottled water, soft drinks, or juice, you've ingested UV treated water. The UV Sanitizing System is 20X faster than other sanitizers; instantly destroys chloramines (water disinfectants); instantly destroys 99.99% of bacteria, algae and micro-organisms; adds no chemicals to the pool; reduces the need for chlorine up to 85%; eliminates the chlorine odor; physically destroys bacteria DNA; completely destroys micro-organisms other systems can’t, including Cryptococcus, E. coli and Giardia; pool water becomes crystal clean - almost drinking water quality and pH is easier to manage.
